What Kicibo is — and isn’t
Chefs manage cooking. Kicibo manages the platform.
A technology marketplace
Kicibo provides the platform for discovery, listings, ordering, notifications, reviews, and local matching. We do not cook or prepare the food.
Independent home chefs
Home chefs decide what they cook, how much they prepare, when they accept orders, pricing, and pickup or delivery options. They are independent providers using the platform.
Applicable rules still matter
Home chefs remain responsible for the food they prepare, kitchen hygiene, and following rules that apply where they cook. Kicibo does not replace those responsibilities.
Platform policies
Accounts and kitchens may be subject to Kicibo’s Terms and in-app policies. We may suspend or restrict access when activity harms other users or violates those rules.

Who is responsible for the food
Chefs are responsible for the food they prepare. Kicibo does not operate the kitchens and does not claim that every chef is a registered professional food business.
What Kicibo facilitates
Kicibo facilitates discovery, orders, notifications, and reviews. We do not hold customer payments — Cash or UPI go directly to the chef.
If you have a problem
Contact support with your order or account details. We may review available context and take action under our Terms when appropriate — including restricting accounts or listings. We do not guarantee outcomes for every dispute, and we do not claim “safe food guaranteed.”
How we support safer ordering

- Published kitchens — home chefs complete setup and publishing before customers can order.
- Address privacy — browsing shows locality and distance, not a full home address.
- Reviews after delivery — customers can leave a review only after an order is delivered.
- Direct payments — Cash or UPI to the home chef; Kicibo does not hold customer funds.
